Emily Scudder is the author of Feeding Time, a full-length collection of poems (Pecan Grove Press), and two chapbooks, Natural Instincts and A Change of Pace ( Finishing Line Press). Her poems have been published in Harvard Review, Agni Online, Salamander, New Letters, Harpur Palate, Margie, Jabberwock Review, Oak Bend Review, Pinyon Poetry, So To Speak, Soundings East, Xavier Review, Sow's Ear Poetry Review, Cranky, Swivel: The Nexus of Women and Wit, Sea Stories (Blue Ocean Institue) and other journals. 

Her poems have been displayed in Boston City Hall, included in the anthology World of Water, World of Sand (Cape Cod Literary Press) and her poem Fiddler Crab is anthologized in Interactive English: Grade 8 (CD-ROM, Hodder Education, London, England (2008). 

In 2019 her newest poems, Patti Smith has a Migraine and Old Slides can be found online and in print in Ethel and West Trade Review.
